Brand Workshops: Creating A Strategic Direction

Are you and your team considering a rebrand? The important question to address here is, 'why is a rebrand necessary for your company? ' A lot of the times when we speak with brands, their answer is “our brand messaging is unclear”, “our positioning has been lost” or “we want to reposition our brand in our market”. 

We encourage you to take a look at your brand. Is what you have today what you envisioned when you started the business? Has your business growth slowed down or come to a complete halt? Sometimes.. it might not be an external factor, but an internal "crisis", and you're not attracting the right talent to your team.

Brand workshops simply exist to steer you in the right direction, giving you a better brand proposition to help take on your competitors head on.  


Here at our studio, we provide our clients with a Brand Strategy Lite Workshop, which aims to:

1. Provide an opportunity for your voice to be heard!

It’s quite commonly known that brand stories tend to get watered down over the years, as other areas of the business take control. So it’s important to revisit your 'why?’. Why does your brand exist? Is your messaging clear that your brand exists to solve this particular problem? Are you attracting the right audience? And I mean the right audience!

2. We will test your offerings from the customer perspective

Before we get hands-on with any rebranding project, we have to place ourselves in your customer's shoes. So we will taste, play, experiment and use your product/service to identify any potholes in your offering and address any concerns.

3. Evaluate your strengths, weaknesses and challenges

Yes, you’ve got this amazing brand that you want the whole world to know about! But, where there are strengths, at times there are weaknesses. And of course there are challenges too! Our team will carry out a brand audit, where we will put together, insights/consumer trends, competitor and brand analysis, so we can identify ways to position your brand and strengthen your brand messaging and positioning.

4. Build the foundation for your brand strategy 

Ok, so we’ve now addressed the above by gathering your brand vision, purpose, mission, personality, audience and positioning statement. Whilst this can be seen as a long process, it has now allowed our team to make tangible connections with one another. This process has now inspired us to put together and help define a unique value positioning for your brand.

5. For business owners/founders - it’ll allow you to work on the business as opposed to in the business

Operations, accounts and sales have taken over? And now you have no clue where your brand lies in your market? Again, super common! We believe that brand workshops are an invaluable tool to help re-energise a brand and the people working behind it.
